| When your saliva pH checks above 7 and your
urine pH reads 6.5 to 7, you can start to cut the amount of
sachets per day. Keep a watch on your pH and find what your body
requires to maintain an alkaline environment. This will tell you
how much is needed for your body. How To Use It:
Get a 1 liter water
bottle, tear the sachet open and pour into the bottle. Fill the
bottle with Distilled water and shake. It is ready to
drink within a few minutes. Do not turn the bottle straight up
or too fast and the sand will stay in the bottom. Add another
sachet (leaving first one in their) and refill with
distilled water. You need to drink the water throughout the day.
Don't try to drink it all in the morning. You body needs water
all day long. Drink the alkaline water at room temperature for
the first 30 to 60 days if you are dealing with health
challenges. It works faster when not chilled!
Let the sand build up for 5 to 7 days, then empty them onto
you plants or into your pet's water. They will receive some
benefits from the sand also.
By the second day, if you can drink more water, you could add
distilled water to your drinking container without a
fresh sachet if you have had what you had planned for that day
and just need more water.
Distilled water can be purchased at
Wal-Mart for less than a dollar a gallon or check your local
grocery store.
DO NOT DRINK DISTILLED WATER WITHOUT THE MINERALS. DO
NOT EAT THE SAND AFTER IT HAS TREATED THE WATER. Each case is different and we would like for you to receive the
most benefit from our products.
Any amount is better than none at all. One sachet per day
will do the job, but if you have health challenges, it will take
some time ... the more you use the quicker the results will be.
One sachet per day will require longer time for results.
The first
order should be larger than you will require to maintain your
health on a regular basis. We have found over the last few years
that people will get the best results by saturating their
systems for at least the first month. We recommend using up to 8
sachets per 2 liters of distilled water per day for the
first 30 days to flush stored toxins and acids from your system
and give your body 20% more oxygen. More water with minerals
would be better and your size should be taken into
consideration. The best way to check is your pH. When you get
your urine pH to read 7 or better, you can start cutting back.
Depending on how your health is improving, you may cut back
the second month to 5 sachets per 2 liters of distilled
water per day. Then, as your health continues to improve, you
may cut back until you have reached 2 sachets per 2 liters of
distilled water per day to maintain your health. But you
should always consume from 1.5 to 2 liters of distilled
water with Ericsson's Alka-Mine Coral Calcium every day.
